Money Is Just A Game Dashboard provides educational analysis of markets and your money, generated from public data and deterministic rules with AI-written narration. It is not personalized investment, legal, accounting, tax, or mortgage/lending advice, and we are not your broker or fiduciary. Money Is Just A Game Dashboard is not a registered investment adviser, dealer, or mortgage brokerage in any US or Canadian jurisdiction; we do not recommend, arrange, broker, or originate securities transactions, mortgages, or loans. Decisions you make are your own; consult a licensed professional before acting.

No warranty on data

Market, economic, and news data come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. AI narration can contain errors. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Verify anything before you rely on it.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service or its rate limits; don't use it for unlawful purposes; don't attempt to access other users' data.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete it anytime from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid plan (Plus or Pro). Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual, whichever you chose) and you are charged at the start of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page("Manage or cancel subscription"); cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for — your plan stays active until then. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription. We don't provide automatic refunds for partial billing periods; if something went wrong with a charge, contact support@moneyisjustagame.com and we'll review it. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content, including investment losses.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms. For material changes — including anything affecting price or renewal — we will notify you by email or in-app before the change takes effect.
